FAQs

Payment Methods
eTour accepts all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and JCB. Please note that eTour being an online platform does not accept cash payments. All bookings must be made on our website.
Cancellation Deadline
Different experiences have different cancellation policies. While some experiences can be cancelled upto 24 or 48 hours before the experience start time, some of them can’t be cancelled once the reservation has been confirmed. You can view the cancellation policy and timelines for every activity under the Cancellation Policy section on the eTour experience page.
Refund Information
You will receive a refund confirmation email as soon as your reservation has been cancelled. It usually takes 2-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. Once your money has been refunded from our end, you will be receiving an email confirmation like the one shown below If you still haven’t received your refund after 7 working days from the date it was confirmed to you, please reach out to your bank and provide them with the transaction charge ID to track the refund status.
Conversion Fee
All eTour experiences are charged in the domestic currency of the city the experience is located in. If you make payments in a currency different from the local currency of the experience, your credit or bank card issuer may apply a currency conversion rate or fees to your payment. We request you to please contact your bank or credit card issuer to learn more about what fees may apply as eTour does not charge any conversion fee. Example: If you're an American purchasing a London theater experience with an American credit card, your bank will apply a currency conversion rate and charge the relevant amount in Pounds. Cross-border fees If extra fees appear on your bank statement, or the amount charged differs from what appeared on the eTour checkout page, please contact your credit or bank card issuer. If your bank considers eTour's processing entity as international, you may be charged cross-border fees by your bank even if the charge was processed in the original currency of your payment method. If the fees were added by your card-issuing bank, eTour will not be in a position to refund them.
